No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated, other than the cost of publication.
The cost to the state for publication of the resolution is $77,468.
The resolution would prohibit an officer appointed by the Governor and subject to the advice and consent of the Senate from serving past the expiration of their term if the Senate, during a regular of special session, votes by two-thirds to adopt a resolution declaring an end to the officer's service.
