SB123 by Deuell (Relating to excepting certain personal information concerning a minor from required disclosure under the public information law.), As Introduced

As a result of this bill there will be a restriction upon:

(1) the open records law; and
(2) the access to government information.



Under the bill certain personal information concerning an individual under the age of 18 would be excepted from the requirements of Section 552.021, Government Code.
