SB178 by Wentworth (Relating to working papers and electronic communications of State Office of Administrative Hearings administrative law judges.), As Introduced

As a result of this bill there will be a restriction upon:

(1) the open records law; and
(2) the access to government information.


The bill would amend Section 552.144, Government Code to except from disclosure certain electronic communications of administrative law judges in the State Office of Administrative Hearings. The excepted communication must contain the judge’s thoughts, observations, questions, deliberations or impressions.
