SB232 by Harris (Relating to the rendition and issuance of a qualified domestic relations order, including an administrative qualified domestic relations order by the Title IV-D agency, to enforce child support obligations and to the designation of a child support obligee as an alternate payee under a qualified domestic relations order.), As Introduced

As a result of this bill there will be a restriction upon:

(1) the open records law;
(2) the access to government information.


Under the bill records concerning an individual member, retiree, annuitant or beneficiary in the custody of a retirement system established under this Act are considered confidential. These records would be exempt from disclosure under Section 552.021, Government Code.
