SB942 by Carona (Relating to the resolution of certain disputes by collaborative law procedures.), As Introduced

As a result of this bill there will be a restriction upon:

(1) the open records law;
(2) the access to government information.

Under the bill provisions for confidentiality of alternative dispute resolution procedures as provided in Chapter 154, Civil Practice and Remedies Code apply equally to collaborative law procedures.
