At 9:58 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 1:00 p.m. or upon adjournment, March 20, 2007.
The committee reconvened with a suspension of the rules to meet during the reading and referral of bills at 1:00 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Miller. The roll was answered as follows:
