Pursuant to a notice posted on April 20, 2007, and an announcement from the House floor suspending the 5-day posting rule on April 26, 2007, the House Committee on Appropriations met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Chisum, at 7:18 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

A quorum was present.

At 8:53 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 30 minutes after adjournment of the House on April 27, 2007.
