Pursuant to a notice posted on March 7, 2007, the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Education met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kolkhorst, at 9:25 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representative Brown, Fred (1).

 

A quorum was present.

 

At 9:58 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 1:30 p.m. or adjournment of the House on March 8, 2007, whichever is later.

 

The committee reconvened at 4:24 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kolkhorst. The roll was answered as follows:

A quorum was present.
