Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule and an announcement made from the floor on February 5, 2007, the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Regulatory met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Brown, Fred, at 7:02 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              None (0).

 

A quorum was present.

At 9:17 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 1:00 p.m., February 6, 2007.

 

The committee reconvened at 1:03 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Brown, Fred. The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Brown, Fred; Menendez; Lucio III (3).

 

Absent:              Representatives Darby; Taylor (2).

 

A quorum was present.
