Pursuant to a notice posted on February 2, 2007, the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Regulatory met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Brown, Fred, at 8:05 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Brown, Fred; Darby; Lucio III; Taylor (4).

 

Absent:              Representative Menendez (1).

 

A quorum was present.

At 9:57 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 1:00 p.m., February 7, 2007.

 

The committee reconvened at 1:03 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Brown, Fred. The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Brown, Fred; Darby; Lucio III (3).

 

Absent:              Representatives Menendez; Taylor (2).

 

A quorum was present.

At 5:28 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
