Pursuant to a notice posted on February 6, 2007, the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Regulatory met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Brown, Fred, at 8:07 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Menendez; Taylor (2).

 

A quorum was present.
