Pursuant to a notice posted on February 14, 2007, the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Regulatory met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Brown, Fred, at 8:11 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Brown, Fred; Darby; Lucio III; Taylor (4).

 

Absent:              Representative Menendez (1).

 

A quorum was present.

 

At 9:50 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 1:30 p.m., February 15, 2007.

 

The committee reconvened at 1:32 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Brown, Fred. The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Brown, Fred; Menendez; Lucio III (3).

 

Absent:              Representatives Darby; Taylor (2).

 

A quorum was present.
