Pursuant to a notice posted on October 11, 2007, the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Regulatory, Subcommittee on Regulatory, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Brown, Fred, at 10:05 a.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Brown, Fred; Darby; Lucio III; Menendez (4).

 

Absent:            Representative Taylor (1).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Representative Taylor now present.

At 12:08 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 12:23 p.m., October 23, 2007.

 

The committee reconvened at 12:31 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Brown, Fred. The roll was answered as follows:
