Pursuant to a notice posted on March 27, 2008, the House Committee on Appropriations Subcommittee on Regulatory, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Brown, Fred, at 10:10 a.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Brown, Fred; Darby; Lucio III; Menendez; Taylor (5).

 

Absent:            None (0).

 

A quorum was present.

At 12:45 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
