Pursuant to a notice posted on February 6, 2007, the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Health & Human Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, John, at 7:12 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Davis, John; Gattis; Jackson, Jim; Zerwas (4).

 

Absent:              Representatives Dukes; Hopson (2).

 

A quorum was present.

At 9:59 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 45 minutes after adjournment of the House on February 13, 2007.

 

The committee reconvened at 12:45 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, John. The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Davis, John; Hopson; Jackson, Jim; Zerwas (4).

 

Absent:              Representatives Gattis; Dukes (2).

 

A quorum was present.
