Pursuant to a notice posted on February 20, 2007, the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Health & Human Services met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, John, at 4:30 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representative Dukes (1).

 

A quorum was present.
