CORRECTED MINUTES
On May 21, 2007, the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Health & Human Services authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Health & Human Services held on April 19, 2007. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on April 13, 2007, and an announcement from the House floor suspending the 5-day posting rule on April 18, 2007, and revised posting on April 18, 2007, the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Health & Human Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, John, at 7:38 a.m.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Davis, John; Gattis; Hopson; Jackson, Jim; Zerwas (5).
Absent: Representative Dukes (1).
A quorum was present.
Testimony was taken. (See attached witness list.)
At 8:47 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until the adjournment of the House on April 19, 2007.
The committee reconvened at 3:10 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, John. The roll was answered as follows:
