Pursuant to a notice posted on January 23, 2008, the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Criminal Justice met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Turner, at 12:19 p.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Turner; Allen, Alma; England; McReynolds; Van Arsdale (5).

 

Absent:            Representative Riddle (1).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.)

 

At 3:24 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
