Pursuant to a notice posted on February 14, 2007, the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on General Government met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Isett, Carl, at 8:11 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Isett, Carl; Noriega, Rick; Brown, Betty; Harper-Brown (4).

 

Absent:              Representatives Chavez; Crownover (2).

 

A quorum was present.

At 9:35 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 1:00 p.m., February 15, 2007.

 

The committee reconvened at 1:42 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Isett, Carl. The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Isett, Carl; Noriega, Rick; Brown, Betty; Crownover; Harper-Brown (5).

 

Absent:              Representative Chavez (1).

 

A quorum was present.

At 4:30 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
