CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On March 12, 2007, the House Committee on Corrections authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Corrections held on March 5, 2007. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on February 28, 2007, the House Committee on Corrections met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Madden, at 10:11 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Madden; Hochberg; Haggerty; Jones, Delwin; (4).

 

Absent:              Representatives McReynolds; Oliveira; Dunnam (3).

 

A quorum was present.
