Pursuant to a notice posted on March 20, 2007 and a revised posting on March 22, 2007, the House Committee on Corrections met in a work session and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative Hochberg at 8:57 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Hochberg; McReynolds; Dunnam; Jones, Delwin (4).

 

Absent:              Representatives Madden; Haggerty; Oliveira (3).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Committee members discussed legislation relating to the Texas Youth Commission.

 

At 10:55 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
