Pursuant to a notice posted on October 9, 2007, the House Committee on Corrections met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Madden, at 10:02 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Hochberg; Dunnam; Haggerty; Oliveira (4).

 

A quorum was not present.
