Pursuant to a notice posted on March 25, 2008, and a revised posting on April 4, 2008, the House Committee on Corrections, Subcommittee on Juvenile Justice and Education, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hochberg, at 10:40 a.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Hochberg; Haggerty; Jones, Delwin; Madden (4).

 

Absent:            Representative Dunnam (1).

 

A quorum was present.
