Pursuant to a notice posted on February 27, 2008, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing, with the House Committee on Land and Resource Management, and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smith, Wayne, at 10:15 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Smith, Wayne; Naishtat; Harless, Smith, Todd (4).

 

Absent:              Representatives Bolton, Coleman, Farabee, Heflin, Leibowitz (5).

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on February 27, 2008, the House Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a public hearing, with the House Committee on County Affairs, and was called to order by the chair, Representative Orr, at 10:15 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Orr; Zerwas; Barrett; Callegari; Ritter (5).

 

Absent:              Representatives Cook, Robby; Davis, Yvonne; Geren; Pickett (4).

 

A quorum was present.
