CORRECTED MINUTES
On April 27, 2007, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence, Subcommittee on Criminal Procedure authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence, Subcommittee on Criminal Procedure held on April 2, 2007. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on March 30, 2007 and permission to meet while the House is in session during reading and referral of bills, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence, Subcommittee on Criminal Procedure, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Vaught, at 4:55 p.m.
Present: Representatives Vaught; Mallory Caraway (2).
Absent: Representative Talton (1).
A quorum was present.
