Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 15, 2007 and permission to meet while the house is in session, the House Committee on Economic Development met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Deshotel, at 4:07 p.m.

Representative Morrison offered a complete committee substitute.
The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
