Pursuant to a notice posted on August 27, 2008, the House Committee on Elections, Subcommittee on Mail-In Ballot Integrity, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Anchia, at 10:15 a.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Anchia; Burnam; England (3).

 

Absent:            None (0).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Chairman Anchia welcomed witnesses and audience.
