CORRECTED MINUTES
On April 18, 2007, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Environmental Regulation held on April 3, 2007. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on March 29, 2007, and pursuant to a motion from the House floor on April 3, 2007 to suspend the five day posting rule for HR 942, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Bonnen, at 8:03 a.m.
`The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Bonnen; Hancock; King, Tracy; Kuempel; West, George "Buddy" (5).
Absent: Representatives Lucio III; Driver (2).
A quorum was present.
The chair directed that the March 27, 2007, minutes for the House Committee on Environmental Regulation be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.
