Pursuant to a notice posted on April 12, 2007 and revised on April 13, 2007, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Bonnen, at 8:01 a.m.
The roll was answered as follows:

Absent: Representatives Driver; West, George "Buddy" (2).
A quorum was present.
The chair directed that the April 3, 2007, minutes for the House Committee on Environmental Regulation be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.
