Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 2, 2007, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Bonnen, at 12:09 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Bonnen; Hancock; Driver; Kuempel (4).

 

Absent:              Representatives Lucio III; King, Tracy; West, George "Buddy" (3).

 

A quorum was present.

 

SB 12

 

The chair laid out SB 12 as pending business.

 

(Representative West, George "Buddy" now present.)

 

Representative Hancock offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

Representative Hancock moved that SB 12, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                             Representatives Bonnen; Hancock; Driver; Kuempel; West, George "Buddy" (5).

 

Nays:                             None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:     None  (0).

 

Absent:                          Representatives Lucio III; King, Tracy  (2).

 

At 12:14 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
