Pursuant to a notice posted on February 6, 2007, the House Committee on Financial Institutions met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Solomons, at 3:30 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Solomons; Flynn; Anderson; Orr (4).

 

Absent:              Representatives Chavez; Anchia; McCall (3).

 

A quorum was present.

 

The Chair outlined his plans for the Committee.

 

At 3:32 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed.

 

The committee reconvened at 3:50 p.m. and was called to order by Representative Flynn. The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Flynn; Anchia; Anderson; Orr (4).

 

Absent:              Representatives Solomons; Chavez; McCall (3).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Testimony was taken from invited representatives of agencies under the Committee's jurisdiction.  (See attached witness list.)

At 4:58 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
