Pursuant to a notice posted on March 30, 2007 and permission to meet while the House is in session granted April 3, 2007, the House Committee on General Investigating & Ethics met in a public hearing and pursuant to Rule 4, Section 12 of the House Rules, met in executive session and was called to order by the chair, Representative Phillips, at 8:10 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Phillips; Creighton; Bailey; Dutton (4).

 

Absent:              Representative Paxton (1).

 

A quorum was present.

 

(Representative Paxton now present.)

 

Testimony was taken.

 

At 12:09 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
