Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 16, 2007, the House Committee on Government Reform met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Callegari, at 12:18 p.m.

The chair laid out SB 205 as pending business.

 

Representative Rodriguez moved that SB 205, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
