Pursuant to a notice posted on May 2, 2007, pursuant to a suspension of the five day posting rule on May 3, 2003 and pursuant to a revised posting reflecting the five day suspension, the House Committee on Higher Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Morrison, at 8:15 a.m.
