Pursuant to a notice posted on December 6, 2007, the House Committee on Higher & Public Education Finance, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Branch, at 1:21 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Dutton; Eissler; Guillen (3).

 

A quorum was present.
