Pursuant to a notice posted on March 27, 2008, the House Committee on Higher & Public Education Finance, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative Hochberg at 10:10 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Branch; Dutton; Eissler; Guillen; Kolkhorst; Morrison (6).

At 4:38 p.m., on the motion of Representative Hochberg and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
