Pursuant to a notice posted on February 15, 2007, the House Committee on Defense Affairs & State-Federal Relations met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Corte, Frank, at 8:17 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Garcia; Hodge (2).

 

A quorum was present.
