Pursuant to a notice posted on February 13, 2007, the House Committee on Human Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Rose, at 5:46 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Davis, John; Eissler; Naishtat; Pierson (4).

 

A quorum was present.
