Pursuant to a notice posted on March 2, 2007, the House Committee on Human Services, Subcommittee on Integrated Eligibility & TIERS Implementation, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Herrero, at 8:34 a.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Herrero; Hughes (2).

 

Absent:            Representative Parker (1).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.)

 

At 9:48 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed subject to the call of the chair.

 

The committee reconvened at 12:41 p.m. and was called to order by Representative Herrero. The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Herrero; Parker (2).

 

Absent:              Representatives; Hughes (1).

 

A quorum was present.
