CORRECTED MINUTES
On May 18, 2007, the House Committee on Human Services authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Human Services held on May 15, 2007. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 15, 2007, the House Committee on Human Services met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Rose, at 12:07 p.m.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Rose; King, Susan; Davis, John; Naishtat; Parker; Pierson (6).
Absent: Representatives Eissler; Herrero; Hughes (3).
A quorum was present.

The chair laid out SB 21 as pending business.
Representative Rose offered a complete committee substitute.
The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
Representative Rose moved that SB 21, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
