Pursuant to a notice posted on March 4, 2008, the House Committee on Human Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Rose, at 9:15 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

At 12:03 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 12:30 p.m., March 13, 2008.
