Pursuant to a notice posted on January 30, 2008, the House Committee on Intermediate Care Facility Services, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Phillips, at 8:35 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Crownover; King, Susan; Truitt (3).

 

A quorum was present.

At 12:20 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 1:15 p.m., February 12, 2008.

 

The committee reconvened at 1:20 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Phillips.
