CORRECTED MINUTES
On April 17, 2007, the House Committee on Judiciary authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Judiciary held on March 12, 2007. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on March 7, 2007 for a public hearing and pursuant to the permission granted for the committee to meet while the house is in session during bill referral, the House Committee on Judiciary met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hartnett, at 3:43 p.m.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Hartnett; Homer; Cook, Robby; Gonzales; Krusee (5).
Absent: Representatives Hopson; Alonzo; Goolsby; Hughes (4).
