CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On May 17, 2007, the House Committee on Judiciary authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Judiciary held on May 7, 2007. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on May 2, 2007, and revised on May 4, 2007 and a suspension of the five-day posting rule granted on May 7, 2007, and pursuant to granted permission to meet while the House is in session, the House Committee on Judiciary met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hartnett, at 9:50 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:
