Pursuant to a notice posted on April 26, 2007 and pursuant to permission granted on May 1, 2007 to allow all committees to meet during reading and referral of bills, the House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Flores, at 8:55 p.m.
