Pursuant to a notice posted on February 23, 2007, the House Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Mowery, at 8:10 a.m.

Representative Cook, Robby offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
