Pursuant to a notice posted on January 16, 2008, the House Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Orr, at 10:03 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Orr; Zerwas; Barrett; Callegari; Geren; Pickett (6).

 

Absent:              Representatives Cook, Robby; Davis, Yvonne; Ritter (3).

 

A quorum was present.

 

The chair laid out the questions posed by Interim Charge #7 and Interim Charge #1.
