Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on March 12, 2007, and with permission to meet during reading and referral of bills, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met during reading and referral of bills in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Howard, Charlie, at 3:40 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

A quorum was present.

 

Representative Howard moved that the following measures be transferred over to the House General Calendars Committee: HB 239, HB 391. The motion prevailed without objection.

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Nays:                             None (0).

At 3:42 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
