Pursuant to permission to meet during reading and referral of bills and notice posted on March 16, 2007, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met during reading and referral of bills in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Howard, Charlie, at 3:56 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Bohac; Anchia; Brown, Fred (3).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Representative Brown, Betty moved that the following measure be transferred over to the House General Calendars Committee: HB410.  

 

The motion prevailed without objection.

 

Representative Allen, Alma moved that the following measure not be placed on the calendar at this time: HB605.

 

The motion prevailed without objection.
