Pursuant to a notice posted on April 27, 2007, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Howard, Charlie, at 8:15 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Howard, Charlie; Allen, Alma; Anchia; Brown, Betty; Brown, Fred; Parker; Patrick (7).

 

Absent:              Representatives Bohac; Laubenberg; Lucio III; Straus (4).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Representative Brown, Betty moved that the following measures be transferred over to the House General Calendars Committee:  HB 465, HB 1034, HB1252, HB 1848, HB 2113 and HB 2834.

 

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                             Representatives Howard, Charlie; Allen, Alma; Anchia; Brown, Betty; Brown, Fred; Parker; Patrick (7).

 

Nays:                             None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:     None  (0).

 

Absent:                          Representatives Bohac; Laubenberg; Lucio III; Straus  (4).

 

At 8:19 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
